DETACHED TOWER
Standing isolated on a plot, recent detached tower developments are located in high density zones (transportation hubs), taller than surrounding buildings in excess of 30m. Entrances are either directly from the street or through a semi-private outdoor area, leading to communal lobby spaces. Ground levels can have public commercial areas and private amenities. Apartments are arranged around central lift cores and accessed through minimal hallways on each floor. Though certain policies specify a minimum 30% affordable housing, these provide almost uniquely high-end residential units.
