Block compounds appear in both medium/low and high income suburban areas. High income ones usually have one core serving two apartments. These units have double aspect. These compounds are usually linear with underground parking. Landscaped fronts and backs are either shared or form private gardens on ground level. Medium/low income ones present four single aspect apartments per core. Blocks usually configure squares with ground level parking towards the plot boundaries and communal areas towards the center.
