DETACHED/ SEMI DETACHED MODEL HOUSE COMPOUND

These compounds are gated as private estates. They are found in new development areas in the outskirts of the city. Houses of 1 to 2 stories with private gardens are laid out along streets that provide car access to each. In middle/low income areas, housing compounds tend to be of paired, while in higher income areas, detached units are more frequents. On the higher end compounds offer three to four model houses, with different internal layouts and styles.
