MIXED USE TOWER
A recent addition to Shanghai / Suzhou’s urbanity, these towers appear in newly developed industrial parks and financial districts. Their articulated facades and/or shapes make them recognizable from afar. Developments combine offices, hotels, commercial ground levels, underground parking, and the most exclusive high-end residential units which are often multi-story. Most towers have several stratified vertical cores to distribute the circulation of different users without interference. These are accessed through shared or separate lobbies.
